You may return for a full refund within 100 days of receiving the item. Products must be in like new condition with no stains or damage. Please contact us prior to returning the item for a Return Authorization (RA) to ensure the proper credit will be issued.
Our Tough Pup beds come with a 30 day guarantee. This protects your investment in case the cover gets damaged. If your dog damages the bed, we will provide a one-time replacement. Please note there is a $20 shipping and handling fee to cover the cost of shipping the replacement bed.
This guarantee only protects the cover as we do not replace the foam. We will however, replace the foam at a reduced cost as a courtesy when needed. Please note that nothing is indestructible and the root cause of most chewing is separation anxiety. This needs to be addressed in conjunction with a chew-resistant bed in order to reduce destructive behavior.
